  • આયુષ મંત્રાલય, ભારત સરકાર, નવી દિલ્હી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ સૂચના મુજબ, શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૬-૨૭ માટે BAMS અને BHMS અભ્યાસક્રમોનું શૈક્ષણિક સત્ર તા. ૦૨ નવેમ્બર, ૨૦૨૬ થી શરૂ થનાર છે. આથી, BAMS/BHMS અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં રાઉન્ડ-૦૩ સુધીમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર તમામ ઉમેદવારોને જણાવવામાં આવે છે કે તેઓએ પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મેશનની પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કરવાની રહેશે, જેમાં નિયત ફીની ચુકવણી, ACPUGMEC ના નિયુક્ત હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવવા તથા હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતેથી પ્રવેશ ઓર્ડર મેળવવાનો સમાવેશ થાય છે. આ તમામ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ કર્યા બાદ ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાની પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ સંસ્થામાં હાજર થવાનું રહેશે.

    4. Mandatory Reporting for Candidates Allotted/Upgraded in Round-03 of 15% SFI_AIQ BAMS/BHMS Counseling: Candidates who have been allotted or upgraded a seat in Round-03 of 15% SFI_AIQ BAMS/BHMS counseling must complete the admission process, which includes the following steps:
      • Depositing the prescribed fee at the designated HDFC Bank branch
      • Submitting original documents at the help center assigned by the Admission Committee, and
      • Obtaining the admission order as per the specified reporting schedule.
      • If a candidate has already confirmed a seat in the State Quota (GQ) BAMS/BHMS counselling in the First or Second Round, and is subsequently allotted a new seat as per their choices in Round 03 of 15% SFI_AIQ counselling, the admission to the previously confirmed State Quota seat will be automatically cancelled.
      • Failure to report to the allotted/upgraded seat of Round-03 of 15% SFI_AIQ BAMS/BHMS counseling will result in ineligibility for further any counseling rounds of BAMS/BHMS Course and the security deposit will be forfeited.

  • આથી પ્રવેશ સમિતિ જણાવે છે કે જે ઉમેદવારોએ રાઉન્ડ-૦૧/૦૨ માં UG આયુર્વેદ /હોમિયોપેથી (BAMS/BHMS) તેમજ ૧૫% SFI AIQ AYUSH અભ્યાસક્રમો માટે પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે. (દા.ત. એચડીએફસી બેંકની નિયુક્ત શાખામાં ફી ભરીને અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવીને પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે) અને જો તેઓ પોતાનો રાઉન્ડ 01/02 નો પ્રવેશ રદ કરવા માગે છે. તો તેઓ તારીખ ૨૩/૧૦/૨૦૨૬ , સાંજે ૦૪.૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધીમાં જે હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર પોતાના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવેલ છે ત્યાં જઈ પોતાનો પ્રવેશ રદ કરી શકે છે.
