• NRI Candidate: નામદાર સુપ્રિમ કોર્ટ, ન્યુ દિલ્હી ના Writ Petition (C) No.891 of 2021 ના તા.૦૩/૦૨/૨૦૨૩ ના ચુકાદા મુજબ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ તથા તે પછી ના વર્ષો માટે OCI કાર્ડ હોલ્ડર ઉમેદવારોને NRI Quota, Management Quota તથા Government Quota માં એડમિશન મળી શકશે. પરંતુ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સરકાર ના હાલના નિયમ મુજબ Government Quota અને Management Quota માં પ્રવેશ મેળવવા માટે ઉમેદવારે પ્રવેશ નિયમો મુજબ ધોરણ: ૧૦ તથા ધોરણ: ૧૨ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સ્થિત શાળામાંથી પાસ થયેલ હોવો જોઈએ તથા વિદ્યાર્થીનો જન્મ ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં થયેલ હોવો જોઈએ અથવા ગુજરાત રાજ્યના ડોમિસાઈલ હોવા જોઈએ.
